At priyo tickets, we strive to make travel flexible and customer-friendly. However, all cancellations and reissues are strictly subject to the rules and policies of the respective service providers (airlines, hotels, bus operators, tour companies, etc.).
Airline cancellation policies apply for all flight bookings.
Refund amounts depend on airline fare rules, cancellation time, and ticket type.
Service fees, convenience charges, and any third-party processing fees are non-refundable.
Ticket reissue or date change requests are subject to airline approval and applicable charges.
Any fare difference and reissue fee must be paid by the passenger.
Requests should be made at least 48 hours before departure (unless otherwise stated by the airline).
Cancellation charges depend on hotel policies and booking type (refundable or non-refundable).
No-shows are treated as last-minute cancellations, and refunds may not apply.
Amendments or re-bookings are subject to availability and hotel approval.
Cancellations made within the provider’s deadline will be eligible for a refund as per their terms.
Any visa fees, insurance, or third-party charges are non-refundable.
Re-scheduling of tour dates is subject to operator approval and availability.
Visa charges and service charges are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the application process. Once submitted, the application cannot be canceled or modified.
Refunds (where applicable) may take 25–30 working days depending on the payment method and bank processes.
For EMI transactions, EMI charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
In cases of force majeure (e.g., political unrest, natural disasters, lockdowns), standard cancellation rules may not apply.
Priyo tickets will not charge extra service fees for cancellations or reissues, apart from provider-imposed charges.
